sa mga goals natin we need to be smart


S- specific
M- measurable
A-attainable
R- realistic
T-time bound

aion.. so sa mga goals natin dpat naman talaga specific, measurable, attainable, REALISTIC, and siyempre dapat time bounded..


ito ung first monday ko sa LIFE CHANGES RECOVERY CENTER, grabee, at first nasabi ko sa sarili na, "oh my gosh" clinical setting is not for me.. but then na-realize ko, kayang kaya ko namna pala sila kausapin..

kasi my isang resident dun si clueless(just a code name) ayaw niya sa mga homosexual and so my tendency na baka saktan niya ako, pero super bait ng staff ng LIFE CHANGES RECOVERY CENTER super alert sila, lalo na si kuya Les.. he's right behind me, as in kasi worried din daw si Kuya Les na baka saktan ako ni clueless...

pero mabait naman si clueless eh, kinakausap ko naman siya and matino naman yung mga responses niya..

may isang resident, itago na lamang natin sa pangalan na - senior, nung una madami siyang pinagsasabi na napaka layo sa topic na pinaguusapan ,oh di naman kaya hindi talaga related (Tangentiality/Flight of Ideas/Circumstantiality) eh aion, nagbago naman siya.. mas naging ok na yung condition niya.. tunay ngang magbabago ang buhay mo sa LIFE CHANGES RECOVERY CENTER..


all i can say is that, mababait naman yung mga residents ng LCRC..
